Bloody Mary Gazpacho

Ingredients

  • 2 c 5 Pepper Bloody Mary Mix
  • 3 cucumbers, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 tomato, core removed
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 oz (60 ml) red onion
  • 2 oz (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Blend in blender and refrigerate for at least two hours.
