Peel and devein shrimp. Bring 8 qt pot of water to a boil. Blanch shrimp for 5 minutes until just cooked through. Shock in ice water and refrigerate.
Combine Master of Mixes Loaded Bloody Mary Mix with juice of 2 limes, salt and pepper. In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients except avocado. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Add shrimp to plate or bowl and add Master of Mixes Loaded Bloody Mary Mix and top with salsa and avocado.
