Bloody Mary Chili
Ingredients
- 2 c Classic Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 onion diced
- 4 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 lbs ground Chuck
- 2 14 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 2 14 oz cans pinto beans
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tbsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp salt
Directions
- In a medium pot, heat oil. Add onions and sauté for five minutes then add garlic, ground beef and spices. Cook on medium heat until brown, about five minutes.
- Add Master of Mixes Bloody Mary Mix, beans and tomatoes. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Serves 6-8 people.
